Food isn't a punishment — it's part of the treatment

I treat the cause — I don't scare you with consequences. Everything I prescribe follows international guidelines: no “IV drips for the liver”, no cleanses, no lists of ten supplements.

I don't hand you a list of banned foods. Rigid diets lead to binges and fear of food. We'll adjust the way you eat so your favorite foods stay on the menu — feasts included.

A plan you can actually follow. Built around your schedule, budget and city. If a recommendation isn't realistic, it's a bad recommendation.

½ ¼ ¼
The “Harvard plate” — Georgian style

The foundation of my nutrition advice. It works with any cuisine — the Georgian supra is no exception:

½vegetables and fiber — a salad with Kakhetian oil or walnuts ¼protein — kharcho, matsoni, lobio ¼complex carbs — ghomi, lavash

What happens at the visit

There's nothing to prepare in advance — just message me and come with whatever you already have on hand.

  1. Booking. We agree on the format, date and time
  2. Questionnaire. I'll send you a short form; no need to get tests done in advance — just bring what you have
  3. The visit. 60 minutes: going through your symptoms, a physical exam (in person), answers to your questions
  4. The plan. Written recommendations: treatment, nutrition, tests. I stay in touch for follow-up questions

Frequently asked questions

How is an online visit different from an in-person one?

Online, I go through your symptoms, test results and any scans you've had just as thoroughly, and I put together a written plan. The only thing missing is a physical exam — if you need one, I'll say so honestly and suggest who to see in person in your city.

What tests should I get before the consultation?

None. Bring what you already have — even old results help me see the full picture. We'll decide at the visit what's actually needed, so you don't spend money on unnecessary tests.

Will you put me on a diet?

Not a rigid one, no. We'll build your meals around the “Harvard plate” principle, keeping your favorite foods and feasts. Some restrictions may be needed, but they're temporary and there for a reason.

Do you accept insurance in Georgia?

Yes, I accept Georgian insurance for in-person visits. Just mention your insurer when you book.

Do you see pregnant and breastfeeding patients?

Yes. Heartburn, nausea, constipation, nutrition and supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding are a regular part of my practice. I only recommend options that are compatible with both.
